Biography
Jasmina Alihodžić (1980) is a Doctor of Law, specializing in private international law, and a full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Tuzla. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo (2004) and the Faculty of Philosophy/Department of English Language and Literature, University of Sarajevo (2007). She received her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Tuzla. She is an educator at the Center for the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska. Professor Alihodžić is also the President of the Hearing Panel of the Anti-Doping Control Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is a member of the Governing Board of the University of Tuzla. For the purpose of scientific and professional development, she has spent several times abroad, at the Faculty of Law University of Granada, University of Graz, Faculty of Law Western University in Timisoara, and University of Marburg. As a visiting professor, she was engaged in teaching in the undergraduate, master and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law University of Sarajevo, Zenica, Bihać and the “Džemal Bijedić” University in Mostar. She has participated in the implementation of the significant number of international and national scientific and development projects. To date, she has published three (co)authored books and over 50 scientific papers.
